SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India (PAN-India coverage).
• International shipping can be enabled on request.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• STANDARD SHIPPING          3-5 DAYS

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp.
• You can track your order anytime using this link.

5. Packaging

• All ROLT products are packed securely with protective layers to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

6. Undeliverable / RTO Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect address
• Customer unavailable
• COD refusal

We will re-ship after re-confirmation. Prepaid orders may incur reship charges.
